In line with our plans to further improve in the area of Customer Support, and with the ultimate objective of delivering a better service and continuous support to our clients, we have expanded our series of services offering full availability to help customers night and day, seven days a week (excluding Bank Holidays).
RTS´ customers will now benefit by being able to contact an RTS expert to help to solve a wide range of automation problems in the quickest and most efficient way.
Our goal is to provide an efficient and effective service to our customers whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care at all times.
Those customers who require cover outside of our standard hours can utilise our 24/7 support which can be tailored to suit the production environment of each individual customer.
