Remote Diagnosis
RTS offers secure VPN remote access diagnosis, to enable an RTS engineer to make a remote, detailed diagnosis and resolve problems.
Typically, the RTS engineer can remotely access and control the equipment PC and demonstrate to the client personnel the specific actions required to resolve the problem. The remote access facility also enables a periodic health check via a VPN link.
